Booth inclusions
Exhibition space includes floor space, electricity, conference table(s), chair(s) and Wi-Fi.
Setup
Setup on Thursday 13 May from 07.00. The exhibition opens at 12.00.
Dismantling
Dismantling on Saturday 15 May after the last break (exact time TBC).
All coffee breaks and lunches are served in the exhibition area, ensuring sustained footfall and interaction at exhibitor stands throughout the symposium.

Cancellations
Should the sponsor or exhibitor cancel after the sponsorship agreement has been confirmed and accepted, no refunds will be processed unless the sponsorship agreement or exhibition space has been re-sold.
