Purpose
This structured profile makes treatment-value assumptions visible before they are compressed into a conclusion.
Educational and research use only
This tool supports structured discussion of treatment value. It is not a formal cost-effectiveness model, reimbursement assessment, clinical recommendation engine, or QALY counter.
QALY and ICER fields are captured as context. They are not used as automatic decision thresholds. Clinical interpretation requires the original trial data, subgroup validity, toxicity severity, patient goals, local implementation feasibility, and national reimbursement context.
Scoring structure
The profile produces a transparent discussion score from five domains. The score is a prompt for interpretation, not a recommendation.
Formula
structured_value_profile_score =
clinical_benefit_score
+ safety_tolerability_score
+ evidence_confidence_score
+ patient_implementation_fit_score
+ resource_reasonableness_score
QALY gain and ICER are recorded as context fields and exported in JSON, but they are not included in the score.
